That’s why we created FairWhey.
We have developed a performance line specifically for the golfer’s body and mind, designed for sustained energy on the back nine and the calm focus needed for every critical putt. FairWhey is about more than nutrition; it’s about more enjoyable rounds and ensuring you can play the sport you love for years to come.

With a sports nutrition background from the International Olympic Committee and a degree in Sport Science from the German Sport University Cologne, Lena has spent more than a decade helping professional athletes optimize their health and performance.
Her accredited thesis on nutritional strategies and supplements for both male and female golfers, combined with her work with the German Golf Association and high-performance teams at Bayer 04 Leverkusen, brings a unique and invaluable perspective to FairWhey.
